Our objective with each person we photograph is to capture them in a way that is natural, expressive, and reveals something about what makes them unique.

We consider each new photographic session as a journey of sorts, full of unexpected surprises and fun, where our goal is to create images that will endure in your family for generations.

As parents ourselves, we have an appreciation of just how quickly our children grow and change and the importance of having images that say something of who they were at that given time. Not just artificial, perfectly posed photographs, but rather images that tell a story, capture a fleeting moment, and that are able to transport us back to that time of wonder each time we look at them.

Based in the Pennine market town of Holmfirth we are photographers exclusively involved in portraiture. What is more our portrait's are inspired by my family's long tradition in professional photography, now spanning four generations.

Established in 1917 by my grandfather and great grandfather the studio has always been at the forefront of professional photography.

Together Nigel and l have developed a unique and exiting style of portraiture which is admired in homes and at exhibitions throughout the world.
